Princeton Coverages is an independent vehicle service contract (extended auto warranty) brokerage. We are not an insurer or an administrator. We compare plans from top-rated carriers and administrators on your behalf and act as your advocate throughout the claims process.
2. Information We Collect
- Vehicle information you submit: year, make and model, and mileage (including a second vehicle if provided).
- Contact information you submit: first and last name, email address, phone number, and your preferred contact time.
- Coverage interest: the plan tier you select (Powertrain+, Advanced, or Total Elite).
- Basic technical data generated automatically by your browser, such as device type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site working and secure.
We do not request or store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or driver's license numbers through this website.
3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Lead Data
This is the core of our privacy commitment. Princeton Coverages does not sell, rent, trade, monetize, or otherwise share your lead contact information with third-party marketers, lead aggregators, lead-buying networks, data brokers, or call centers. Your name, email address, and phone number are never placed into a shared lead pool and are never distributed to multiple agents who would then compete to call you.
Your details are received and reviewed only by Princeton Coverages advocates. When — and only when — you ask us to move forward with a specific plan, we transmit the minimum information required (your name, contact details, and vehicle information) to that single chosen carrier or administrator to issue your contract.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and deliver accurate coverage quotes.
- To contact you about your quote by phone, text, or email at the time you indicated.
- To enroll you with a carrier you have selected and to service that contract.
- To advocate on your behalf if you file a claim.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
5. Service Providers
We use a small number of vendors strictly to operate this site — for example, our website host and the form-delivery service that routes your submission to our inbox. These vendors process data solely on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
6. Communications and Consent
By submitting the quote form you consent to be contacted by Princeton Coverages regarding your request, including by phone call or SMS at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling an advocate directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about an active contract.
7. Data Retention
Quote requests that do not result in a purchase are retained only as long as needed to follow up, and are then deleted. Records tied to an issued contract are retained for the life of the contract plus any period required by law.
8. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" list to join — that protection applies to every visitor by default. Email us to exercise any right and we will respond promptly.
9. Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and access to lead data is limited to Princeton Coverages personnel who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
10. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults purchasing vehicle coverage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
